Build a Dedicated Remote Team, One Hire at a Time
A dedicated remote team works only for your business, in your tools and on your priorities. GV Staffing helps you build one through direct placements — recruiting vetted professionals from Pakistan role by role, so every person on the team is someone you chose and hired.
Each hire is a separate placement with its own fee, as set out in your recruitment agreement.

What Is a Dedicated Remote Team?
A dedicated remote team is a group of remote professionals who work exclusively on your business, full time or on agreed hours, rather than splitting their time across clients. They use your tools, follow your processes and report to your managers, so they function as an extension of your in-house team.
Providers deliver this in different ways. Some assemble and employ the whole team, manage it through their own team lead and charge a monthly fee per person. Others recruit each team member for you to hire directly. GV Staffing works the second way: we recruit, you hire, and the team belongs to you.
Building role by role takes a little more planning at the start, but it gives you full control over who joins, how the team is structured and what each person costs over time.
How to Build a Dedicated Remote Team Through Direct Placements
A practical sequence for growing a remote team you own, without hiring everyone at once.
-
Step 1: Map the team you need
List the roles, the order you need them in and who on your side will lead each one. Start with the role that removes the biggest bottleneck.
-
Step 2: Recruit the first role
We define the role with you, source and screen candidates in Pakistan, and send a shortlist. You interview and hire.
-
Step 3: Onboard and document
Your first hire learns your tools and processes. Capture what works in written guides; they make every later hire easier to onboard.
-
Step 4: Add the next role
When you are ready, we run a new search for the next position, using what we learned about your working style.
-
Step 5: Shape the team structure
As the team grows, decide who coordinates day-to-day work: an existing manager, or a remote project manager or team lead you hire.
-
Step 6: Review and adjust
Revisit roles, overlap hours and workloads regularly. A team you hired directly is easy to reshape because the decisions are yours.
Each placement follows our standard recruitment process and carries its own one-time placement fee.
Dedicated Remote Team Models Compared
Two common ways to get a dedicated remote team, side by side.
| Question | Built through direct placements (GV Staffing) | Managed dedicated team from a provider |
|---|---|---|
| Who employs team members | You engage each person directly | The provider |
| Who leads the work | Your managers, or a lead you hire | Often a provider team lead, with your input |
| Who chooses each person | You, from a screened shortlist | Usually the provider, sometimes with your approval |
| Ongoing provider fees | None from GV Staffing after placement | Monthly fee per team member |
| Upfront cost | One-time placement fee per hire, per your agreement | Sometimes a setup or onboarding fee |
| Changing the team | Decided by you and each hire’s contract | Decided by the provider contract and notice terms |
GV Staffing does not provide managed teams today. The right-hand column describes a common alternative model for comparison.
When a Dedicated Remote Team Makes Sense
A dedicated team built through direct hires works best when the work is ongoing and you want to keep knowledge inside your business. Agencies scaling client delivery, e-commerce brands adding support and content capacity, and founders handing off operations are typical examples.
It is less suitable if you need a large team assembled at once and have no one to lead it. In that case, a managed provider or outsourcing partner may be worth considering, even with the higher ongoing cost.
Signs you are ready
- You have steady work for each role, not occasional tasks
- Someone on your side can lead and review the work
- Your tools and processes can be shared securely
- You would rather pay once than every month per seat
- You want to choose every person on your team
How Team Costs Work When You Hire Directly
With a managed team, you typically pay a provider every month for each person, and that fee includes the provider’s margin for as long as the team exists. When you build a dedicated remote team through direct placements, the structure is different. You agree pay with each team member and pay them directly, and you pay GV Staffing a one-time placement fee for each successful hire.
The fee amount, its trigger and any replacement terms are defined in your recruitment agreement. Because each role is a separate placement, you can grow the team at the pace your budget allows. Read more about remote direct hire recruitment, or compare it with remote staff augmentation.

FAQ
Dedicated Remote Team FAQs
What is the difference between a dedicated remote team and freelancers?
A dedicated team works only for you on agreed hours and learns your business over time. Freelancers usually juggle several clients and work per project. If the work is ongoing and central to your operations, a dedicated team gives you more continuity and control.
Does GV Staffing manage my remote team?
No. GV Staffing recruits each team member for you to hire directly, and you manage the team. We do not provide team leads, payroll or managed teams today. Many clients hire a remote project manager or team lead as one of the roles.
Can I hire several people at once?
Yes. We can run searches for more than one role, and you can note the number of hires in your hiring inquiry. Each successful hire is a separate placement with its own fee, as set out in your recruitment agreement.
How should I structure a remote team across time zones?
Group roles by how much live contact they need. Client-facing and coordination roles benefit from overlap with your hours, while production work like editing or reporting can run asynchronously. Agree the overlap for each role before you recruit.
Who owns the work my remote team produces?
Ownership of work is governed by the contract between you and each team member. Because you engage them directly, include clear intellectual property and confidentiality terms, and confirm the wording with a qualified legal adviser.
What should my first remote hire be?
Start with the role that frees the most time or unblocks growth. For many founders that is an executive or virtual assistant; for agencies it is often a delivery specialist. We can talk through priorities when you send a hiring inquiry.
