How Remote Staffing Cost Works With GV Staffing

GV Staffing works on a recruitment model: you pay a one-time placement fee when you hire a candidate we introduced, not an ongoing monthly charge for as long as they work with you. That keeps the remote staffing cost easy to understand and easy to compare.

We don’t publish a fixed price list, because a fair fee depends on the role you need filled. A search for a senior paid media strategist is different from a search for a virtual assistant. Instead, we agree the fee with you on a role definition call and record it, together with when it becomes payable, in your recruitment agreement.

Once the professional joins your team, you pay them directly at the rate the two of you agree. GV Staffing doesn’t sit between you and your hire’s pay, and we don’t add a percentage on top of their compensation. If you want to see how the steps fit together end to end, read how our hiring process works.

What the Placement Fee Covers

The fee pays for the recruitment work that gets you from an open role to a confirmed hire.

  • Role definition

A call to agree responsibilities, must-have skills, tools, seniority, working hours and the pay range you have in mind.

  • Sourcing in Pakistan

An active search for professionals in Pakistan whose experience matches your brief, not a scan of a generic job board.

  • Screening

Skills assessment relevant to the role, an English and communication check, and screening interviews before anyone reaches you.

  • A focused shortlist

A small set of candidates with notes on why each one fits, so you spend interview time on realistic options.

  • Interview coordination

Scheduling across time zones and collecting your feedback so the process keeps moving.

  • One invoice, per agreement

When you choose to hire, the fee is invoiced as set out in your recruitment agreement. No hire, no placement fee.

When the Placement Fee Is Due

The payment trigger is agreed before any work starts, so the timing never comes as a surprise.

  1. Step 1: Agreement signed

We agree the role, the placement fee, the payment trigger and payment terms, and both sides sign the recruitment agreement.

  2. Step 2: Search and shortlist

We source and screen candidates and present a shortlist. You interview the people you want to meet.

  3. Step 3: You choose to hire

You make the hiring decision and agree the offer directly with your chosen professional.

  4. Step 4: Trigger reached

The fee becomes payable at the point defined in your agreement, for example when the candidate accepts your offer or starts work.

  5. Step 5: Invoice and payment

We invoice the placement fee, and you pay it under the payment terms in your agreement.

Any replacement policy or guarantee, and the conditions for it, is defined only in your recruitment agreement.

What You Pay Your Remote Professional Directly

Your hire works for your business, in your tools and on the schedule you agree. That means their compensation is a matter between you and them: you agree the monthly pay, the payment method and any extras, and you pay them yourself.

GV Staffing doesn’t currently run payroll or act as an Employer of Record. If you need advice on how to engage a professional in another country, including contracts and tax, confirm the right approach with a qualified adviser.

Typical items you agree with your hire

  • Monthly pay and the currency it is paid in
  • How and when payments are made
  • Working hours and overlap with your time zone
  • Paid leave and public holidays
  • Equipment, software and internet allowances, if any
  • Your contract, NDA and notice terms

What Affects Your Total Remote Staffing Cost

Your total cost is the placement fee plus what you pay your hire over time. These factors move both.

  • Role seniority

A specialist who can own an account or a channel commands more than someone who executes a defined process. Seniority also shapes how wide the search needs to be.

  • Specialisation

Niche skills, such as advanced GoHighLevel automation or technical SEO, narrow the candidate pool and raise market pay.

  • Hours and shift

Full-time or part-time, and whether the role must cover US business hours, affect both candidate interest and pay expectations.

  • Market rate for the skill

Pay for in-demand digital skills moves with the market. We share what candidates are asking for during the search so your offer is realistic.

  • Tools and equipment

Software seats, a second screen or an internet allowance are small, ongoing costs that are worth planning for.

  • Number of hires

Each successful hire carries its own placement fee. Hiring several roles at once can be discussed on your role definition call.

How to Budget Before You Talk to Us

You don’t need exact figures to start a conversation, but three rough numbers make the first call far more useful:

  • The pay range you can offer for the role, per month, in your currency.
  • The hours you need covered, including any overlap with your own team.
  • What a local hire would cost you, including benefits and overheads, so you can compare like for like.

If you are still scoping the role, our remote hiring checklist walks through the decisions to make first. When you are ready, tell us about the role through the hiring inquiry form and we’ll explain the fee for your specific search.

FAQ

Remote Staffing Pricing FAQs

See all remote staffing FAQs

Why don’t you publish a fixed placement fee?

Because a fair fee depends on the role. Seniority, specialisation and how hard the search is all differ from one brief to the next. We agree the fee with you on the role definition call and write it into your recruitment agreement before we start sourcing.

Do I pay anything if I don’t hire anyone?

The placement fee is charged for a successful hire, so if you decide not to hire any of the candidates we introduce, no placement fee is due. Any other terms that apply to your search are spelled out in your recruitment agreement before work begins.

Is there a monthly fee on top of my hire’s pay?

No. GV Staffing doesn’t add an ongoing markup to your hire’s compensation. You pay the one-time placement fee under your agreement, and you pay your remote professional directly at the rate the two of you agree.

Who decides how much the remote professional is paid?

You and the professional do. We share the pay expectations candidates mention during the search so you can make a realistic offer, but the final amount, currency and payment method are agreed between you and your hire.

Can I estimate my costs before contacting you?

Yes. Our cost calculator lets you compare a local hire with a remote professional using only figures you enter yourself, including the placement fee you have been quoted. It is a quick way to sense-check your budget before a call.

What happens if the hire leaves early?

That depends on your recruitment agreement. Whether a replacement policy or guarantee applies, and under which conditions, is defined in that agreement. We walk you through those terms before you sign, so you know exactly what is covered.
