Our Process, Step by Step

  1. Step 1: Inquiry

You share the role, number of hires, key skills and preferred timeline through our hiring inquiry form.

  2. Step 2: Role definition

We clarify responsibilities, must-have skills and tools, seniority, working hours and budget. We also agree and sign the recruitment agreement before the search begins.

  3. Step 3: Sourcing and screening

We search for candidates in Pakistan and screen them against your brief, including relevant experience, skills, English communication and availability for your working hours.

  4. Step 4: Shortlist

You receive a shortlist of candidates with a short summary of how each one matches your requirements.

  5. Step 5: Interviews

You interview the candidates you are interested in. We coordinate scheduling and pass your feedback on to candidates.

  6. Step 6: Selection

You decide who to hire and agree the terms of employment or engagement directly with your chosen candidate.

  7. Step 7: Placement and fee

Once your hire is confirmed, the one-time placement fee becomes payable as set out in your recruitment agreement.

Your recruitment agreement comes first. Commercial terms — including the placement fee, when it becomes payable, payment terms, replacement policies and any guarantees — are defined in your signed recruitment agreement.

Screening is tailored to each role. These are the areas we typically assess.

Written and spoken English suited to working with your team and clients.

  • Remote readiness

Experience working remotely and availability for the hours you need.

How does remote staffing work with GV Staffing?

You share the role you need, and we define the requirements with you. We then source and screen candidates in Pakistan, send you a shortlist, and you interview and choose. When you hire, a one-time placement fee applies under your recruitment agreement.

When is the placement fee paid?

The placement fee becomes payable at the point defined in your recruitment agreement, for example when a candidate accepts your offer or starts work. Payment terms, invoicing and any replacement policy are agreed and signed before the search begins, so you know what to expect.

Who manages the remote employee after placement?

You do. With a placement model, the professional joins your team and you manage their day-to-day work, tools and priorities. Our role is to find and introduce the right candidate; any support after placement is set out in your recruitment agreement.

What happens if a placement doesn’t work out?

That depends on the terms in your recruitment agreement. Any replacement policy or guarantee, including whether it applies and for how long, is defined in that agreement before the search starts. We walk you through those terms so you know exactly what is covered.
