Hire a Remote Recruiter or HR Coordinator
A remote recruiter or HR coordinator keeps your hiring pipeline moving and your people admin in order: sourcing candidates, screening applications, scheduling interviews and handling onboarding paperwork. As a recruitment agency ourselves, we know what good looks like in this role, and we screen for it.
A one-time placement fee applies only to a successful hire, under your recruitment agreement.

When Hiring Admin Slows Down Hiring
Growing teams often discover that the bottleneck in hiring isn’t a shortage of candidates. It’s the admin around them: job posts to publish, inboxes full of applications, calendars to coordinate across several interviewers, candidates left waiting for a reply, and offer paperwork that sits in someone’s drafts folder.
Good candidates drop out when the process feels slow or disorganised, and hiring managers lose hours to coordination. On the HR side, onboarding checklists, employee records and policy acknowledgements quietly fall behind.
A remote recruiter or HR coordinator gives that work a dedicated owner. They keep your applicant tracking system current, keep candidates informed and give your hiring managers back time for the conversations that matter.

Recruiting and HR Skills We Screen For
Recruiting is our own day job, so we assess candidates for this role the way we’d assess someone joining our team. Sourcers complete a short sourcing exercise: given a role brief, they build a small list of relevant profiles and write a sample outreach message. We review the relevance of their search and the quality of their writing.
Coordinators and HR assistants work through a scheduling and communication scenario, such as rearranging a panel interview at short notice while keeping the candidate informed. We look for organisation, tone and attention to detail.
Because HR work involves personal data and employment rules, we also discuss confidentiality and how candidates handle sensitive information. Strong data habits overlap with good remote data entry staff, and many HR assistants come from that background.
Tools and skills we check
- LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search
- ATS platforms such as Greenhouse, Lever or Workable
- HRIS tools such as BambooHR or similar
- Calendar coordination across time zones
- Professional, warm written English
- Confidential handling of personal data

The same transparent steps apply to every role. Read how our hiring process works.
How Fees Work for HR and Recruiting Hires
Hiring a recruiter through a recruiter can sound circular, but the model is simple. You pay GV Staffing a one-time placement fee for each successful hire, based on the role and seniority. There are no ongoing per-hire commissions on the candidates your new recruiter later finds for you.
The fee, payment trigger, payment terms and any replacement policy are written into your recruitment agreement before the search starts. Your recruiter or HR coordinator works for your business, on pay and terms you agree with them directly.
Why Hire Recruiting and HR Support From Pakistan
Pakistan has a growing community of recruiters and HR professionals supporting international companies, including people experienced in sourcing for technology, marketing and sales roles in the US and UK. Many are confident on LinkedIn and with common applicant tracking systems.
Time zone differences can help a hiring team. A coordinator working ahead of your day can reply to overnight applications and confirm interview slots before your managers log on. Working hours are agreed per role.
One important note: employment law differs by country and state. Your hire can manage processes and paperwork, but legal decisions should stay with you and a qualified adviser. If your coordinator will also juggle project timelines, see our page on hiring a remote project manager, or browse all remote staffing services.
Pair HR Support With These Roles
-
Executive assistants
Calendar, inbox and priority management for founders and leaders.
-
Administrative support
Day-to-day admin that keeps operations running smoothly.
-
Data entry staff
Keep candidate and employee records clean and complete.
Can a remote recruiter hire for roles in the US or UK?
Yes. Many recruiters in Pakistan source and coordinate for international roles. Tell us which markets and role types you hire for, and we’ll screen for relevant sourcing experience and the communication style your candidates expect.
Will my recruiter use our applicant tracking system?
Yes. Your hire works inside your ATS, calendars and email, following your stages and templates. We screen for experience with your system, or a comparable one, so they can start contributing quickly.
Can an HR coordinator handle employment contracts?
An HR coordinator can prepare documents from your approved templates, collect signatures and keep records organised. Decisions on contract terms and employment law compliance should stay with you and a qualified adviser, since rules vary by country.
What’s the difference between a sourcer and a full-cycle recruiter?
A sourcer finds and engages potential candidates, then hands them to a recruiter or hiring manager. A full-cycle recruiter manages the whole process, from intake to offer. Tell us where your bottleneck is and we’ll recommend the profile to search for.
How is candidate data kept confidential?
Your hire works under your data policies, in your systems and with individual logins. We discuss confidentiality with every candidate during screening. Confirm your data protection obligations, especially across borders, with a qualified adviser.
Does GV Staffing charge a fee on the people my recruiter hires?
No. The placement fee applies to the recruiter or HR coordinator we place with you, as set out in your recruitment agreement. Candidates your own team later hires through their own work are your hires.
